Our highest priority is your satisfaction. We are committed to providing you with quality products.

Because our products are customized printed, it made to order. We only offer replacements on items that are materially flawed. If your order is defective, please file a claim with a photograph of the defective item sends to email at supp[email protected]


+ You have chosen the wrong size, wrong colour and the wrong type of product.

2.1) RETURN:

Customers can refunds the product within 21 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, in an unlikely event of the damaged, defective or wrong item being delivered to you. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund contact info: Please contact our Customer Service [email protected] to get the return address before you make any decision. We will NOT take any responsibility for any return package without a confirmation letter or notice from us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for refund your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If there’s damage or a defect with the item or the wrong item was received, the customer must provide photographs of the item received that shows the issue and contact us within 3 days after receiving it via [email protected]. Once we have reviewed this information, a refund will be made based on the evidence provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to sender by the shipping courier due to Wrong Address Information provided by customers or Missed Delivery Attempts by couriers, we will NOT be responsible for reimbursement, refund or re-sending the package.

Any loss of products due to the security of customers’ living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is delivered) will NOT be eligible for return and refund. We will NOT refund in case you REFUSE to receive it either.

The shipping fee will NOT be refundable once items have been shipped.

2.2) REFUNDS (if applicable):

PayPal refunds will be instantly credited back to the PayPal account used for the original payment, but credit card refunds can take up to one billing cycle for the funds to appear back in your account. This can take three to four weeks, though
it usually doesn’t take that long.

If your refund still hasn’t been applied after you receive your next bill, please let us know via the Contact Us page and we’ll be happy to resolve that for you.

* LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]

After your order has been placed, you have 6 hours to contact our customer service and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 12 hours, your order has already been placed in production
and can no longer be modified.

At our store, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product. Thankfully it is rather unusual! But, if it is the case.

All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. Please contact us by email at [email protected] and one of our helpful support staff will organize a replacement or a refund for you!


If your item has not arrived within 30 days for apparel products and 45 days for pillows after having ordered, contact one of our heroes through our contact us page for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. (Please note
this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.)

2.6) EXCHANGES (if applicable):
Because our products are custom printed and unique to each product. We only printed products when the customer placed the order. We don’t accept the exchange an items if customers have chosen the wrong size, wrong color, or wrong type of t-shirt. We only offer customers a 50% discount code to order the right size shirt. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, poor-quality printing or incorrect product. Any question email at [email protected]

2.7) GIFTS:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
